Jericho provides litigation funding to finance the costs of your claim. In return Jericho will share in the financial award you receive.

Jericho Litigation Fund 1 is fully invested, and thus will not be funding further claims. You are welcome to email for an update on any further funding.

Jericho will pay your legal costs, the legal fees of a plaintiff (or class of plaintiff), in return for a fair percentage of the ultimate award. In the event of a loss, all your legal costs are paid by Jericho, including any costs order that you pay a portion of your opponent’s legal fees. If your claim is successful, you share a fair portion of the award amount with Jericho. If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing, not even your opponent’s legal costs.

Jericho Litigation Funding provides funding to plaintiffs in commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, provided the matter is heard in South Africa and has a realistic recoverable claim value in excess of R7 000 000, although we will review lower value claims.
